Daniel H. Joyce
Daniel grew up in Asheville, NC, and graduated from A.C. Reynolds High School. He then went on to study at Appalachian State University and graduated with a double major with a Business Degree in Finance/Banking and Risk Management/Insurance. After taking a few years off to travel the world and work for a non-profit, he attended Elon University School of Law, graduating in 2011. During law school, Daniel clerked at Legal Aid of North Carolina for two summers in the Winston-Salem office. Daniel was the Symposium Editor for the Elon Law Review and graduated Cum Laude. Daniel and his wife Marissa are new parents of a baby boy. In his free time, Daniel volunteers with the high school aged youth at First Presbyterian Church in Winston-Salem. Daniel joined the firm in October of 2011, and focuses his practice on criminal defense, traffic violations, bankruptcy and Social Security Disability.
